Maison Maidon is a clothing and accessories brand offering made-to-order and limited-run pieces. These

Terms govern all purchases, website use, and customer interactions. You must be at least 18 years old

to place an order or use the Services.

2. Made-to-Order Production & Shipping

Many Maison Maidon products are made to order, meaning production begins after your purchase.

- Estimated production + shipping time: 2–3 weeks or longer.

- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

- Delays may occur due to supply chain issues or carrier disruptions.

3. Orders & Payment

When placing an order, you agree that all information is accurate, you are authorized to use the

payment method, and prices are in USD. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Orders

cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges for size or remorse. If an item is defective or incorrect, email

us within 7 days with photos at canalstreetgoyard@gmail.com. We are not responsible for packages lost or

stolen after delivery.

5. Shipping, Risk & Delivery

After shipping, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Carrier delays or issues must be handled with the

carrier. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, text, and content are owned by Maison Maidon and protected by law. You may not

reproduce or reuse content without permission.

7. Prohibited Use You may not violate laws, interfere with the site, misuse intellectual property, or harm the brand.
